Olasagasti tuna and anchovies are produced by a fishing family devoted to the traditional, artisan ways of preserving high quality fish from the Cantabrian coast since the 1920's, and are renowned for producing Spain's very best quality tuna and anchovies.
A traditional San Sebastion recipe of anchovies sautued in garlic, using the whole anchovy when lightly fried in olive oil. They are not firmly packed, but rather loose so that the anchovies can properly marinate with the garlic and cayenne pepper. This is a chilled product so please keep refrigerated.
